1. Refund Policy

At eConfirme LLC ("eConfirme," "we," "our," or "us"), we want you to be satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy explains our policies regarding refunds and cancellations for eConfirme subscription services.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the paid period.

3. Refund Eligibility

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, refunds are only available in the following circumstances:

  • If the Service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our fault
  • If you were charged incorrectly due to our error
  • If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription period
  • As required by applicable consumer protection laws

We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of the paid period.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@econfirme.com within 7 days of the charge. Include your account email, transaction ID, and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request within 5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed. Your account access will be terminated upon refund completion.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription fees for periods already used
  • Fees for add-on services or features
  • Setup fees or one-time charges
  • Refunds requested more than 30 days after payment
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides mandatory refund rights (such as the EU's 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases), those rights apply.
