You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the paid period.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, refunds are only available in the following circumstances:
We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access until the end of the paid period.
To request a refund, please contact us at support@econfirme.com within 7 days of the charge. Include your account email, transaction ID, and the reason for your refund request. We will review your request within 5 business days.
If your refund is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed. Your account access will be terminated upon refund completion.

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are located in a jurisdiction that provides mandatory refund rights (such as the EU's 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases), those rights apply.
