These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using our Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
eConfirme provides a Software-as-a-Service platform for order management, shipping integrations, and automation of order confirmations. Our Service integrates with various e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, LightFunnels, YouCan, Google Sheets) and shipping providers.

We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees.
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes acceptance.
Refund policies are outlined in our Refund Policy. Generally, subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
You retain ownership of all data you upload or transmit through the Service. You grant us a license to use, store, and process your data solely to provide the Service.
While we implement backup systems, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data.
Upon account termination, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Our Service integrates with third-party platforms and services. Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or content of third-party services.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content, is owned by eConfirme LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, eCONFIRME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless eConfirme LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account if:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
